Our client is democratizing international payments by making remittances cheaper, safer and smarter.
Problem:
- The Client had zero visibility on how the pre-registration experience happened and where users were dropping off.
- There was zero visibility in the on-boarding user experience for Non-Swedish and Swedish nationalities.
- What was the drop off rate during pre-registragtion on-boarding phase
- They were not able to measure their marketing campaigns on web and mobile analytics.
Solution:
- We made a measurement plan in which we mapped out all user touch points throughout the app. We analyzed the entire app as a final user to get an idea on how user journey takes place.
- We implemented AppsFlyer tool to enable install attribution so that we can measure marketing campaigns.
- Then we created a visualization report with drop off rates.
- This helped the client improve the user experience on the mobile application and dramatically improve the conversion rate
